I have just completed 30 days of Dr.Crantons Elimination diet and was planning to transition tomorrow into the primal blueprint.
I was at an event tonight and they had pizza. I decided I would let myself have one cheat meal in between the two plans.
Now I am bloated. I feel horrible, gross and like I failed. After not having dairy, tomatoes, glueten, or cheese as part of this diet, my body is not responding well. When I was eating on plan I felt so good. This cheat meal is making my stomach hurt and I feel horrible.
I know its only one meal, I didn't cheat the entire 30 days I was on plan and I don't plan to cheat for the next 30... But I feel totally awful. :-(

More its a lesson in how much difference the change in diet has made for you! I know I dont realise how much better I feel until I slip up and realise how much nicer it is to eat well. Just gotta take it in your stride and learn from it
There's just no way I could go totally 100% without going nuts!
