Right now I'm starting with planks and side planks. I'm holding the plank for as long as I can (which, right now, is a pitiful 25 seconds) and then doing different types of crunches during my "rests." I alternate between planks, side planks and different types of crunches for 10 minutes without stopping.
After that 10 minutes I'm starting to break a sweat! It sounds like very little but I need to start somewhere and I think I can spare a 10 minute intensive that focuses on my problem area.
I've said this in other threads but my upper body strength and lower body strength are great and my arms and legs look fine...and then I have this flabby stomach

Some more fat loss might help, but then again it might just come off my hips and boobs and I'd rather not lose those

I have absolutely no strength in my core, so I might as well start building that up
Edit: also, this morning my abs are sore so I guess I'm heading in the right direction? XD
