Default Hi Everyone, I'm New :S

Hi everyone!

I have just found this website while looking online for support groups and forums, I have been saying need to loose my baby weight since I had m litter boy.... 5 years ago and its definitely not baby weight any more its take-aways and lack of exercise weight

I have tied joining the gym but do not find myself motivated when I'm there it seems like more of a "to do" task that is always pushed to the bottom of the list. Soooo I have started the Couch to 5k programe and the 30 day shread programme to try and boost my fitness levels and I am trying to cut down the amount of junk food I eat on daily basis. I made a food diary of what I ate over the last week with no restrictions and I was shocked at how much it all amounts to, all of that with no exercise and I could see why I wasn't loosing weight just steadily gaining it and living in denial ha ha

I am determined to work hard and get the weight off, not over exerting myself but just back to the weight I was previous to having my little boy

So I would like to loose 28lbs, and I'm hoping that with the support form the group I will be able to stick to it, I am already motivated from just reading through the posts on here and think this will also help with my self confidence

Good Luck everyone

xx

Hey Danielle! 20-somethings is a great forum...very supportive and lots of information to be learned. I started C25K a few months ago, but I had to stop for the lack of time. I was up to Week 4 and was really enjoying the program. It really gives you a sense of accomplishment when you get through a session. Good luck to you!

welcome and good luck on the c25k!
The gym doesn't have to be a 'to do' if you don't want it to be, just have to find something you enjoy doing.
