Don't you love when a song pops up in your playlist that is either really encouraging or motivating? It can quickly put your struggles into a different perspective and make you want to keep working harder toward your goal (working out harder, keeping on your diet, give you more energy, etc). Here are a few of mine:
-Won't back down by Tom Petty
-Stronger by Kelly Clarkson
-Sexy and I know it by LMFAO
-Stronger by Kanye West

For some weird reason, "Bodies" by drowning pool gets me really pumped up, not really inspirational, but very very helpful

'How Do You Like Me Now' by The Heavy. Looove this song, especially for cool downs or when I feel like strutting my stuff after this long journey.

In terms of putting a little extra oomph, I have to say Flogging Molly's 'Devil's Dance Floor'. How can you listen to this and not jump around like a maniac??
