I don't know if anyone remembers me from when I was here before! I'm pretty much starting over. I gained back most of my weight.
I've lost 17 so far though!
I'm back to counting calories and drinking more water but also counting protein. I'm trying to eat more protein which I'm finding is a bit hard! I'm working out 6 days a week...or trying to at least. I started college the first of the year so I'm pretty proud that I've managed to lose weight! (Getting braces the first of the year also helped i think haha)
