Default Starting Over

Hey I don't know if anyone remembers me from when I was here before! I'm pretty much starting over. I gained back most of my weight. I've lost 17 so far though! I'm back to counting calories and drinking more water but also counting protein. I'm trying to eat more protein which I'm finding is a bit hard! I'm working out 6 days a week...or trying to at least. I started college the first of the year so I'm pretty proud that I've managed to lose weight! (Getting braces the first of the year also helped i think haha)

Good luck! Especially on fitting more protein into your diet. I found that challenging at first, but a lot of foods you wouldn't expect have high amounts of protein in them. Meat, of course, is very high in protein, but Greek yogurt is also chock full of it. Quinoa is high in protein for a grain and makes a delicious pilaf. Some cereals have a good amount of protein; the one I eat for breakfast each morning has 5 grams per serving. Eating eggs on the weekends (it's a little difficult to do if you have an early morning like I do) will also help you to supplement your protein.
