Hi Gals,

I just wanted to throw this in here. Obviously we all come here for support and the great ideas on how to keep ourselves motivated. Or tips on nutrition. We see others make difficult choices and know that we can do the same.

But what I think is the most precious thing on these boards is the absolute HONESTY of people. About who they are. What their flaws are. How they admit to sometimes being vain and shallow. How we all open up.

I can't imagine many other places on the world wide web were people dare to be so open over what's just human. What everybody experiences. Everbody has 'good' traits and 'bad' traits (note, I don't perse thing anything about it is bad). WE are all just trying to get by in a world where everybody tries to only show how good everything is. How good they are.

It's amazing. And I <3 it!

So thank you all for that.

I totally agree. Although we range the spectrum in weights and goals, I feel like we all have so much common ground. It always brightens my day when I get on and read.

I don't know if I ever would have made it all the way down to where I am without this forum. I don't know if I would have given up long ago or felt isolated and alone because I didn't know how to balance life with my weight loss...but with the help of everyone at 3FC, I've been stay motivated and on track.

It's very rare to find a place with such positivity and support

I'm here for the long haul, to be with all of you while I try to maintain my weight.

I love how this place makes me feel like the road I'm taking is a NOT solitary one. Whether reading about someone else's successes or setbacks, 3FC makes me feel like I'm not alone (or crazy). People here get it because they've been there or are there!

I think a great part of this place is the honesty too. When it comes to diets and weight loss there are just so many crazy myths running around that it's good to hear about other's experiences and hear from other's who have been there, done that... even is what we hear isn't always that easy to take (like the difficulties that many have maintaining).

I've said before on here but I highly doubt that I'd be nearly this successful if it wasn't for 3FC.
