How many of you achieved your goal for this challenge?
I am 1 day shy of my goal for this challenge. I got so busy one day and forgot to exercise. I woke up at 3am and was so disappointed that I didn't workout the day prior. |
even though i had a lazy april, i met m goal of 65 exxercises. i maintained my weight, but visibly gained muscle in my arms and stomatch, which isn't bad but i really want to get down a few pounds more ... off to next challenge then! ;)
