When people begin to give you compliments about how you look. I'll probably think of more later.

omg... my food scale is the sole reason that my weight loss efforts have been successful (after about 500 rounds of failed diets!!!!) I weigh everything. I used to have such a phobia of going over my calories, that my portions would be crazy small!!! Once I had a food scale, I was no longer afraid of what I was putting in my body. It really has changed how I approach weight loss!

...aaaaaaaaaaaaaand you know youre excited about you're weight loss journey when you change your 3FC ticker on signature with every pound. (hey, it gets me stoked!!!)

When someone close to you says you've inspired them to make healthy changes and lose weight.

That was the best compliment I've received!

When you bring your scale with you on weekend trips because you don't want to miss weighing for 2 days!

Saturday is typically my lowest weight for the week and I'll be damned if I miss that number! Boyfriend looks at me like I have 5 heads every time I pack it, but I don't care

Haha, I'm glad you do this! I haven't gone on an overnight trip in the last few weeks but I will be away for a week soon and I am definitely bringing my scale.
