I have different things for milestones.
40 pounds- New boots 50 pounds - Ankle tattoos redone 75 pounds- New undies and bras. I don't do Victorias(except for clothes) but I do love Frederick's of Hollywood. 100 pounds- New tattoo and skydiving |
My mini-goals:
1. Be 60kg (132 lb) by christmas 2. Lose another 7 pounds on top of that by the end of January 3. Be at goal weight by end of February, just in time for uni :) |
My mini-goals:
For every 5 pounds I lose I will buy myself a book! For the first ten pounds I lose I will buy myself the Fables: Legends in Exile graphic novel I have been wanting For the second ten pounds I lose (135:dizzy:) I will buy Skyrim for the ps3 For my ultimate goal weight I will buy new clothes! I know my rewards are pretty geeky but I have tons of shoes and jewelry and I want to hold off on clothes until the end. I also am putting my money in savings for the big day that I reach my UGW! |

Well My first Goal is 10lbs by christmas... and im only 6lbs away :)
My second Goal is 15lbs by New Years..... Third Goal of hitting onederland (6lbs after the 15lbs) by the end of January and My sort of Big mini goal is to lose 20lbs *after the 15lbs) by the end of April..... That will put me at 180ish :) which is what i weighed before i got pregnant 15 months ago.... |

I achieved my first mini goal today. I am so proud of myself. Idk how i lost weight because I hane not been exercising. I only have changed my eating habits. I must start exercising to burn fat and build muscle!!! I am so excited!!! Hopefully I can be at 193 before 2012!!!

1: 199 lbs. I so want to be under 200 lbs again.
3: 180 lbs. I used to promise myself that I would never weigh 200+ lbs. when I was this weight. :( 2: 175 lbs. It would be nice to actually weight what it says on my license. 3: 150 lbs. I can't imagine how awesome this will feel since I can't remember when I last weighed 150 lbs. 4: 140-135 lbs. GOAL! I'll reward myself by taking engagement pictures I'll actually want to send to people and finally go wedding dress shopping. Right about now I'm thankful for this long engagement. ;) |
I'm doing 7 goals, a mini-goal every 5 lbs. The thought of loosing 35 lbs is daunting, but I can loose 5 pounds 7 times. My goal is to average about 5 lbs a month.
Starting Weight: 150 Rewards- End of December: 145 (Toms Shoes) End of January:140 (New work pants) End of February: 135 (new purse) End of March: 130 (2 new pairs of jeans) End of April: 125 (Loubitons) End of May: 120 (new bathing suit) End of June : 115 (Goal! shopping Spree) |
I hadn't thought of any goals this time around. Let me think and write them out...
I think for 5 pounds (getting me out of the 180s) I will get a new eyeshadow. For 10 pounds- a pedicure 15- manicure (my nails should be nice and long by then...I'm also stopping my nail biting!) 20- maybe a new dress for our anniversary (in mid-March...I can do that!) 25- facial 30- new Zumba clothes of some sort 35- goal! (I think...unless I am unhappy there) Hoping to wear a two piece at my 25th birthday party with my family...so maybe a new swimsuit (although I have lots of two pieces that I am just unhappy wearing) |
I don't assign any particular rewards.. hmm.
I'll probably eventually aim to be somewhere 100-110 lbs. :) |
