Does anybody ever feel like they have a certain point, where once they reach that weight, they (not purposefully) sabotage their weight loss? Mine is around the 155-165 range. Every time I start to get below 160, it is like something goes off.

I have the 3FC forum. But with the 150s in sight, it is almost like I am scared of continuing my weight loss. I think I am secretly lazy with my weight and don't want to have to think about maintenance lol
