I completely understand. I have a jealous nature and that would make me crazy as well. My DH plays on a co-ed volleyball league with very young, attractive women and it bothers me...and he's not having physical contact. So I completely understand how you feel. I say, if it's working for you to use that to reach your goals, that's a good use of the frustration.
