Chicken Spinach and feta meatloaf thinggy that I made. Some Whole wheat couscous, and some string beans. Yumm...

Now I am trying to pretend that work does not keep a ton of vanilla ice cream in the freezer for us...

I made a Taco Salad. After inputing all the foods, I see that there are places I can make it lower fat and lower calorie, but for my 2000 calories I am well below my limits...
