Chicken with asparagus and roasted red peppers over a bed of white rice. I got the recipe from allrecipes.com! Very low in calories and pretty good too!

After supper, I ate 1/2 cup of ice cream = 5 points! And, I was still on plan!

Salad:
Mixed lettuce (one of those pre-made mixes in a bag), a small peach (diced), some black beans, a bit of freshly ground pepper, with some cherry salsa as dressing. :) And a glass of red wine! |
Hand full of semi-sweet chocolate chips. It's my nightly treat...that or a Tates chocolate chip cookie.
