Thanks! I work at P&G and they have the BEST salad bars, lol. My husband is starting to get ticked at how much money I'm spending at the cafeteria. But they have such good healthy options, and sometimes it's just so much easier than packing a lunch.

All of your foods sound so good! I'm liking hearing what other people are eating.

For dinner tonight, I had a grilled chicken sandwich on a 110 calorie bun, some lite ranch, plus a bunch of raw veggies.

Chicken with asparagus and roasted red peppers over a bed of white rice. I got the recipe from allrecipes.com! Very low in calories and pretty good too!

Salad:

Mixed lettuce (one of those pre-made mixes in a bag), a small peach (diced), some black beans, a bit of freshly ground pepper, with some cherry salsa as dressing. :)

And a glass of red wine!

A healthy low fat chicken and veggies pot pie for dinner a while ago. Just 300 calories per serving and very wholesome. :)
