What was the last thing you ate?
Was thinking today about what to eat, and I started wondering if I asked each of you, what would be the last thing you had ate today. So, thought it might be a fun and interesting thread!
The last thing I ate was a huge chicken salad from the salad bar at work. I mixed multiple kinds of lettuce and added peas, carrots, broccoli, some shredded cheese, and grilled chicken then topped it with some lite ranch dressing and a breadstick.
What about you?

I made a wonderful sandwich on crusty whole wheat bread. It was full of thinly sliced tomatoes, sliced black olives, a broiled eggplant slice, gorgonzola cheese, pesto and some anchovy paste.

MeliZ, your salad sounds good! Kind of want one now... haha. Mine was sliced cucumber dipped in a herbed yogurt cheese. I know.. not very exciting

Bacon tacos! Oven-baked bacon (gets super crispy) sprinkled with garlic and herbs, in a corn tortilla with sauteed bell pepper and green onion. So yummy!
