Hi Everyone,
I put this together for myself yesterday and thought I would share it in case you all wanted to try it. I don't know if any of you have seen the show X-Weighted, but I love it and i LOVE Paul Plakas, wish he was my trainer. Anyways, since I can't get on the show, I've put together my own X-weighted calender and you all are welcome to copy it if you want. It's just a word document. Feed back is always great too!!! I saw the title and thought "Canadians!!!" lol. I totally love the show too! Have you applied to get on the show? Have you checked out Paul's website? Lots of good information on it! Also I think I read on there he's going to Toronto - not exactly right in town, but still not as far as Vancouver!

Do you guys love Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp? Thats my fav show, I was thinking of applying when I have only 10-20 pounds left to go. They film that show where I live, my bf has seen them at the mall by my house surprising someone, kinda cool

Hi everyone:

I also love the show & actually seen Paul last week in Richmond Hill where I work. I went to the "boot camp" & it was fabulous. 3 hours in total.
I gave him a big hug at the end & was thrilled to have met him. It was very informative and lots of motivation!
