I used to weigh myself everyday but i think a part of me isnt "grown up enough" to allow for fluctuations hahaha i do weigh myself whenever i feel like, usually every 2-3 days but on wednesdays i do my weigh ins for challenges so i use those as the ones that 'count' and it IS nice to see a decent drop each time i weigh myself, like i feel that much happier and keeping it to every 3 days or so theres usually a difference
