So this is my 3rd time coming back to this forum because the last 2 times it helped soooo much. But of course between each of the losses I got pregnant so here I am again after baby #3 and my tubes are tied so its D time!! Monday I started doing SBD again and have completely stuck to it(not even a beer) and its only Thursday and I already don't have the cravings for bad food that I was having last week. Also May 1st I started P90X again and MAN am I ever sore!! I took some super nasty before pictures with my stomach showing and am hoping in 90 days I have some fab results because I stuck with it.
Anyways I just wanted to reintroduce myself and say hello to everyone

you sound like me lol also had 3 kids (3 kids in 4 yrs) ya crazy i know haha but tubes are also tied and i know every pound i lose will be gone forever!!!! Good luck to you
