NSV - I have abs!!!
 
I was brushing my hair this morning and stretched up... to see abs!! It's a 2 pack at this point, but it's there and you can see my obliques! I have NEVER in my life been able to see my tummy muscles! I am doing this dance right now :carrot:. I can't wait to see them start popping out! Crazy!

Ha, thanks guys!! It's running... I fought the running bug for SO long... but I've been running for a few weeks now and the definition is popping out everywhere. Amazing.

That's awesome!!! I too, fought the running for cardio bug, as you put it, but my abs came in as well when the fat started falling off me due to all the early morning runs. It's weird when you first see it, isn't it?!? If you want abs, just run, lol.

Congrats! I have fallen in LOVE with running, and i seen a huuuge difference in my legs! Abs are starting to pop out as well!

Yes! Running is definitely what's doing it for me also!

I've always claimed I hate running but I've realised what I hate is running outside. Weird but I LOVE my runs at the gym!!!!!! I'm up to about 40 minutes atm playing around with the speeds and intensity and my shape is most DEFINITELY changing. I've dropped a "grand" total of 3 pounds since I joined 6 weeks ago (and that's really only been in the last week when I've changed my eating habits) but somehow managed to lose almost the entirety of the spare tire round my middle :D
