This is how myths start.
Running does not give you killer abs. Running does burn a lot of calories. Lose enough fat and you'll reveal your ab muscles. Everyone holds their fat a little different. For example - my abs will be the last muscle I see because I hold my fat directly over my abs like many men. My wife abs show at a much higher bodyfat percentage because she holds her fat in her thighs and buttocks like many women do. Regardless - congrats ValRock! |
