Hey guys! I'm new to 3FC :p I've been in the 180's for three weeks and now I'm getting frustrated because I was losing so quickly in the beginning :/ I started at 220 in late October, and now I'm bouncing between 184-186. I was so happy when I first got here, but now I say GO AWAY! 170's please ^^

181.8 this morning :( really had to reign it in today to make up for my seed overfill yesterday. Jeez if i was gonna overeat i wish i'd saved a little room for a reeses cup. hmmm. Oh well here's hoping i've done enough today to limit the damage. AshnStuff. well done on your weight loss so far. We all stall at somepoint it's just about riding the plateau and not letting it throw you off course. Hang in there. |
179.2 the last two mornings. I'm calling it. I stalled around 183 for 4 weeks but saw it through. Keep at it everyone!

Ali, chocolate and peanut butter are my weakness. But I've made my husband aware that he is to enforce the fact that I am not allowed any sugar until after Easter and only if I'm doing good. By then I probably won't want it anymore, haha. Or I hope :S
189.8 today... I seem to stall on weekends. Probably because my husband is home and my whole schedule changes. |
188.5 this morning. Slow and steady. That's all I'm asking at this point although I really do miss those bigger weekly losses I had when I was 200+.

I weighed in at 189.8 this morning. The scale has been between 189 and 190 for the past week and its driving me nuts! I've been walking my dog over a mile everyday and eating right but I don't think it's cutting it. I think Monday I'm going to incorporate the gym into my schedule. I work 10pm to 9am, and I'm a full time student so the gym isn't all that appealing to me, I guess it's a must if I want to lose!

Argh! 182lb. Seriously? how can i be sticking to my calories and busting my *** in exercise to be GAINING!

Ali, I know it can be super frustrating! I remember spending months pushing myself and then I'd get a five lb drop and that's it.
I just notice are stats are almost exactly the same, plus we're both red heads with curly hair! Just thought that was kind of neat :) |

Ali,I have to weigh daily to keep me real and so I'm aware of how I eat affects my weight. I was born in 86 but my birthday is December 28th so I missed 87 by a few days ;) haha. My daughter was born December 30th last year :)
189.2 today, but that's okay. I know I didn't drink enough water yesterday and I couldn't count everything because some of what I ate was made by my MIL. |
Still pretty excited to be in the 180s, but as I reached 185 today I am super keen to get right out of them within the next few weeks please!!
