Hello, Ladies (and gents) of the 180s. :wave: I just clocked in at 188 today. And, although my official weigh-in day is Monday, I will still join this lovely thread you guys got going here. 188 is a very special number for me. It marks 80 pounds lost since I began my second weight loss journey last August. It is also 3 pounds away from me being officially in the overweight BMI category and means I met my revised goal for the New Year's Eve challenge. 188 is GREAT! 187 will be BETTER! What is up with all of this rhyming? Anyway, hello again! And so long 190s!

I've been away for ages and I really miss the support (giving and recieving). It's been a long time since i've made any real progress and since reaching 177 have come back as high as 188! I really should be more worried but I'm just trying to take each day as it comes and make changes that will stick forever. Even though my weight has gone up a lot I feel like my relationship with food is getting better every day so I am confident I will reach my goal :D

Sorry for the essay, I'm looking forward to busting through the 180s with all you gals and guys!

Well after an irritatingly achy TOM and waiting a week to make sure I didnt gain it all back I can safely say Ive made it to the 170s!! Cant wait to see the rest of you there!!!

Thanks Hilariousness! up to 188.8 this morning. I've already vowed to ditch beer for good which is what I think is responsible for this horrible water retention this weekend...it's so frustrating learning the same lessons over again.. Happy Monday :)

184.4 today. I haven't seen anything below 180 since early high school, so I can't wait to get there!

I'm finally really excited about christmas now i'm on holiday from work :D also i've whoosed down to 183.8.
