
I've been away from 3FC for awhile now, but remembered how helpful it was several years ago when I used it as a tool for weightloss. I was actually doing a little happy dance kind of like this :
when I went to edit my signature. Apparently, the last time I was here I was at 217, but as of this morning I'm at 201.6
So there IS some good news here. The bad news is that I am STUCK. I can't get below 200 to save my life! One morning I weighed in at 199.6, but that was the ONLY morning I have ever seen a "1" before anything else and it's really starting to pull me down... anyone else get stuck right before making a goal? I need to get motivated and work a little harder...

?! Count those calories a little closer, pump that treadmil up a little higher, do whatever you need to do to push yourself further. I used to always get stuck at 165. I think it was much more of a mental issue for me than a physical one. I had to dig deep and let go of the baggage to realized that I do deserve to reach all of my goals and that I am capable of putting in the work to get there.
