I cant believe i did it!!! I fianlly got motivated and started my diet. it is 6 days into it, and I have dropped 7 pounds on the scale. I am so proud of myself! I have been Calorie Counting around 1400 calories a day, along with at least an hour of intensive gym exercise EVERY SINGLE DAY. I have to say, losing weight fast is all about counting and finding time to work out every single day! YIPPPEEE
