So I've been lurking ok stalking lol you ladies for a couple of days now. You ALL are such an inspiration to me.
I've been battling my weight issue for years now and I'm ready to get my body going. I started working out in February 2011 at 192 pounds. I also joined WW in March and got down to 187. I'm still having trouble with Carbs/Sugar so a friend introduced to me to FSD and I just started on Saturday. It's been good to me so far....I've already lost 4 pounds. I'm committed to this lifestyle change and I'm ready to be happy again.
