Still hanging out at 135.8 will attempt to get scale batteries figured out. Started NROL4W today, so we may see an increase from that. Love the rush after a good strength workout though

criss Yay congrats on 133! I normally gain before my period and then it goes away on the first day of my period. Everyone is different though!

krampus No junk is a good doable goal to get the scale to move in the right direction! You are so close to being out of 130s

fromthebox An accurate scale is SO important! Good luck with the new workout!

I weighed in at 126.8 lbs this morning which is a new low.

I'm still hovering around the 132/133 mark. This whole weighing myself everyday is causing me to be hypertensive >_<
I made myself a promise this morning, after getting off the scale, that i won't weigh myself until at least next Mon. That way, i won't get too frustrated with my lack of progress and quit. Has this happened to anyone or is it just me?

Hey Everyone! Wanted to join in...I've been maintaing between 128-132! This morning WAS AT 130.0...so ALMOST back in the 120's..I really would like to see the 1-TEENS before summer ends! ***Fingers crossedd!!***

krampus 05-12-2011 10:55 PM

130.3 today. Wearing my "skinny" pants (67 cm waist Japanese dress pants) for the first time since...jeez, March.

ERHR 05-17-2011 10:16 AM

I'm back at 139.0 lbs today but I'm not confident it will stick... I'm just trying to stay on my eating plan and work out a few times per week. That got me through my last plateau (not making wild changes).

Astrild 05-18-2011 01:44 PM

Not in the 130s yet, but soon! Hopefully this week... I don't think I'm a featherweight either. My ultimate goal is 120 and I'm a slow loser, so 20 lbs still seems like a long journey to me.

krampus 05-18-2011 09:38 PM

Six days later I'm still 130.3...

ERHR 05-25-2011 12:35 PM

Pretty frustrated here! I've been gaining and losing the same 1.5 lbs for about three or four weeks now, bouncing between the 140s and 130s. I need to take a hard look at my diet and exercise routine to figure out what is up since waiting it out is apparently not working!

tiffanylee 05-25-2011 01:19 PM

i feel the same way about the scale... it goes from 135-133 and wont go down!! any tips?!

mimi86 05-25-2011 09:25 PM

Oh my goodness, what's this GUILT about being a Featherweight or not?! I'm 5'2" and 130 but I had no doubt that I'm technically a featherweight...10-15 lbs will not be easy to lose but it's not a lot. The way I see it, my BMI puts me in the 'normal/average' range...I may be too close to the 'overweight' classification for my personal comfort, but that's why I'm on this forum in the first place. You glamazons who are 5'5"+ and ~135 likely look WAY better than I do with my silly saddlebags!

I see myself as skinny-fat, but I'm FAR from the danger zone. I don't think anyone I've seen in this thread--judging by their current tickers and S/C/G--shouldn't be considered a featherweight! You've all come so far! You're on the home stretch!!!

ERHR 06-07-2011 08:46 AM

I think I finally broke my 140.0 +/- 1.0 lbs plateau that's I've been stuck on for over a month! 138.3 lbs this morning!

bama girl 06-07-2011 10:54 AM

I'd like to hop on in here! I float around between here and the featherweights board, but I still have 20 lbs to lose and need as much help as I can get. :)

JLNichols - I'd like to see the 1-teens before the end of summer as well. Let's do this together!

ERHR 06-07-2011 01:19 PM

Are/were you a coxswain bama girl? I rowed competitively in high school and a bit non-competitively in college but people always asked if I used was a cox because of my height although my weight was NEVER in the appropriate range.

I am indeed a coxswain! I coxed all four years of high school when I was much tinier and then joined the men's team at my school this year after a 2 year break. It's been a big incentive to stay low and get to my goal. I've been lucky to have a coach who believes that a good coxswain is worth a couple of extra pounds. I've maintained around 130 all year, but I'm ready to get back down to normal coxing weight. I could not be a coxswain for a women's team at the moment because I am much larger than most of their coxies, but I like working with guys better anyway... less drama... haha. I am absolutely in love with the sport and it's super-exciting to meet other people who are involved in it!

Also, I've seen a 6'4, 180-lb man stuff himself into the cox-hole of a bowloader... I think you're far closer to the appropriate range than he is! The best part was seeing him try to get out.
