Hi ladies,
Well did my workout again today but going out for lunch today so this will be my cheat day........ Eating chinese food will try to be good but it's buffet!!!

i had my salad.....but i also had chicken strips and mash! Lol....so it was simi healthy.

I really need to start counting my calories again... I've been eating like crap the last 2 weeks or so. My job is really hectic right now, so it makes eating normally a real challenge.

200.0 this morning. SO CLOSE.

I think different parts of my bathroom floor affect gravity differently. I moved my scale and I weighed 1.6lbs more... Same thing happened with my mom's scale. I weighed 205 on her scale in one spot on the floor and 202 when I moved it to another spot. I'm incredibly confused!

Keep working hard everyone.

I know how you feel Chineese Buffet is so hard not to over eat. The one I have have chicken lettuce wraps. They are AWESOME!! and I always stuff myself way to much.

So far this week I have been able to stay under 1500 calories and 30 grams of fat. and have worked out everyday.

April starting weight: 321
April current weight: 315
April goal weight: 300

I need to come up with a simple exercise/strength training routine that I can do at home. I have an 8lb medicine ball, a set of 3lb weights, 2 sets of resistance bands (1 medium, 1 high), a treadmill (for walking ONLY), and various other things. I just don't know what to DO with all of it.

Hovering right around the low 200s, I'm not sure exactly what I weigh since none of my scales ever give me a correct reading (see my previous post for gravitation wormhole bathroom nonsense).

I think I also need to start counting calories again, because I've been eating like complete crap the last 2 weeks. Gotta get back on track.

well girls.....the first week of april is almost over.......sounds like everyone is doing good so far! Lets get ready for week number 2......

I walked 2 miles today and i havent walked in a while so im sore now lol but me and my friend are gonna start walking most days again.

As for me well I gainned this week... I am at 186.... Ok I ate chinese but I was great all week and did all my workouts.... don't know what happened???

i ate some "no-no" foods today and had a dr. Pepper.......well im getting back on track right now!

Bought a new fun dancing workout video today also.....cant wait to try it out :) weighing in at 204 still......

Ah, this is exactly why I finally de-lurked on this forum. I need accountability! I just finished my third day without fast food, which is HUGE for me. I usually eat out once or twice a day, and sometimes make a late-night Whataburger run when I'm up late studying. I've tried weaning off it before, but that never works, so I'm trying to quit cold turkey.

Food/Diet
-No fast food
-Drink 3L of water a day
-Limit diet sodas to 2/day

Exercise
-Do something--anything--once a day
-Stretch daily

Miscellaneous
-Take vitamins
-Buy a scale & weigh in
-Post on 3FC!

In April I'd like to get out of the 180's. It's taken a year, but I've finally gotten all the baby weight off and want to keep going until I back to where I was when I met the hubby 4 years ago.

Hotaru--- i used to have a problem with fast food too.....i ate it alllllll the time. Now if i go to mcdonalds i get the apples or yogart......

:( I only lost 1.8 this week! I know I should be content with it because at least it's a loss, but I really had my heart set on losing closer to 3. Boooo. I literally am so depressed over it that yesterday I even thought about giving up on it all.. which I know is stupid, because I know if I keep eating right and exercising, I'll lose this dumb weight.
I didn't drink enough water this week, does water really play that big of a role in weight loss? That's the only difference I can figure- I didn't really cheat at all this week, and I started the week out doing pretty well (weight wise)! :\
I think starting tomorrow I'm adding Jillian Michaels 30 day shred to the mix. I won't be doing it every day, just 5 days a week. But I'm hoping that'll help.

Another silly thing, I KNOW I"m losing inches so I really cant be too upset at the pounds not moving much right?? I went to Old Navy yesterday and fit into a medium top! ...my ghetto booty is still here though, I tried to see if I could fit smaller pants but didn't have much luck in that department. I actually took pix in the dressing room, I'm about to post them in teh pic thread.

sorry for the rant... need to get back on the ball!
