I am so excited that all of you girls are gonna do this with me in April :) This is the last day of march ladies......April 1st is tomorrow so get ready!
Tracyo- if you girls want to do daily weigh ins then thats fine. I will probably only weigh in one a week because my weight changes so much day to day. Prepping- another tall girl! Yay! Lol :) |
I can't do daily weigh-ins. If I do I become obsessed! I will weigh myself all day everytime I eat or go to the bathroom.

My April goals are: To start exercising again To stay under 1500 calories (giving myself 2 cheat days- my mum's birthday and easter) Currently 135, hoping to get down to 125 by the end of the month (maybe a little over optimistic) Good luck to everyone and I hope day 1 is a good one for you all! |

I weighed Today and starting it off at 159.. Hoping to get down to 150 by the end of April!!

Ok, I want to:
* stay under the calories alloted by ************.com, currently 1750 but it changes as I lose so may change through the month. I will allow myself 1 cheat meal a week that I don't count in my allotment. * exercise at least 5 times a week. * Keep drinking at least 70oz of water a day. * Get in the habit of running every day, even of it is just down to the end of the block and back. I'm off on the right track, I have done all today except the running and I still need to take my dog out for a run/walk before bed. |

Hey all!
For the month of April I'd like to: -lose ten pounds (CW: 164.6) -maintain my strict vegan diet -quit smoking by the 15th...and stay quit for the rest of the month!! -workout 5x/week. On rest days, go for an hour long walk -stay off the scale until weekly weigh-in |
-exercise 5 days a week.
-drink more water. Only diet soda and diet green tea if I want something different. -stay away from eating to cope with stress and depression. There will be more for the list. |
