Default Snacking not eating meals...

Hi. I'm finding that I don't want to eat meals anymore. I'd rather snack when hungry rather than eat for the sake of it, just because it's "lunch-time" or "tea-time"...

I get up at about 5. Get on the train at about 10 to 6. I normally just have some strawberries or a little pot of yogurt cos I'm peckish but not hungry enough for breakfast. I get to uni about 8:30 so by then I'm ready to have another piece of fruit or a cereal bar. I'm then inlectures between 9am and 2pm. I get the bus, and then have another snack on my train home at about 3:30pm. Then in the evening I'll either have 2 or 3 more snacks. Or a proper meal and a dessert.

Am I eating enough like this do you think?

I'm finding that I don't get hungry as often as I did when I first started.

Track your calories and you'll know for sure- but just make sure you are getting enough protein and veggies in.

Not sure if you are working out but probably for your weight 1600-1700 calories a day would be appropriate and if you do 6 mini meals or snacks a day that's fine. So that would be 250-300 calories per snack

everyone has different views when it comes to meals vs snacks, but maybe you should try calorie counting for a little while just to make sure you are eating enough. often not eating enough calories can stall weight loss so its worth checking up on.

I use a calorie counter site (fitday) And thats working out as about 15-1700 calories a day. Depending on how many snacks/the size of them.

I've noticed myself doing this as well. As long as you're at a healthy calorie range I don't see a problem with it. Supposedly eating small meals/snacks all day long revs up your metabolism.
