b/c i went to 197.. but dont know what triggered it but my motivation is wack and im back to 205.. work is stressing me out and im so pissed at myself for letting it get to me and cheating myself out of weigh loss... Im sooooo upset ..when you have fallen, how do you get your mojo back? I dont want to give up but im so tired of getting back up.. over and over again.
