OMG!! Thin Mint ice cream by Dreyers sounds soooooooo good right now =(
  • PMSing today.

Dining hall served Pecan Pie at dinner. I couldn't help myself. I did restrict to 1/5 of a slice, though.. which came out to 100 calories. Pie is SO ridiculous.
  • I'm about to start my TOM and all I can think about is eating something greasy, fast food! It's 12:44am... and it's ridiculous! I'm driving myself crazy. I'm not giving in, but I would love to visit the golden arches right freakin' now. LOL
  • I should be coming up to my TOM anytime, my first one since really getting to grips with the new lifestyle I'm living.

Not suffering too much with cravings (well no more than usual!) But am wondering where the **** TOM has gone? I should have come on a couple of days ago, and have been feeling crampy etc, but so far nothing, did anyone else experience a change in their cycle along with change in diet and exercise? (Don't worry I'm DEFO not pg, chance would be a fine thing!)

Feeling well bloated today too, so with that and the cramps, can't be too far away, don't want the 'bloatedness' to mess with my weigh in tomorrow though, meh!
  • Week before TOM I get this crazy appetite, bottomless pit, sugar cravings..

What I do to try and cope is firstly recognising the cause helps. Also I will split my calories differently to allow room for a few squares of dark chocolate (this helps with chocolate cravings so much seeing as I kinda hate the taste lol)
I make sure I get my calories worth more than I do usually, such as eating huge bowls of soup, huge salads to accompany sandwiches.

Also lots of hot drinks, herbal teas, regular teas, coffee and low cal hot chocolate.

I think what is helpful to try and do is not to lose control, even if you do want chocolate, count it or only eat part to satisfy the craving. Plan for it rather than feeling bad about it. Remember the increased appetite/cravings will pass
  • Ugh, I know I must be getting my period soon because I could NOT stop eating these amazingly delicious rolls at my bf's parents house last night. They weren't even anything special, really.

I usually just get hungry all the time before my period and crave stupid things like BREAD.
