Unhappy Chalean? Losing pregnancy weight?

Hello! I am new to this forum. I need some suggestions to weight loss. I am 28 years old and just had my first child 2 months ago. I have been eating good and going to the gym as much as I can but I am not really seeing much results. I was 135 before I got pregnant and was 183 when I had my son on 12/4/10. I am now 163 today. I am very upset bc I have a stomach (I know I look ok for having a child 2 months ago, but I want to look better). I saw a commercial for something called chalean and it looks promising. Has anyone else tried this and if so what were the results? Do you have any suggestions? I think I'm looking for a miracle. It's a little depressing right now. Thanks for your support!

Are you talking about Chalean Extreme? I have Turbo Jam, and just got Turbo Fire today! Chalene Johnson's programs are really good! I haven't gotten to extreme yet, I'll probably try it in August. I believe she struggled with losing baby weight as well.

Welcome to the forum! I have a 6 month old daughter, so I know your struggle. I'm still EBFing, so I'm trying to manage that & a diet. The most important thing for me is to write my calories down all day, everyday. I eat between 1500 & 1700 calories a day, exercise 5x a week, & have been losing 1 1/2-2lbs per week. There is no get-skinny-quick fix that will stick - it takes hard work & dedication. You WILL see results if you stick to it.

I havent had a baby or anything but I love Chalean Extreme. I've also borrowed Turbo Fire from a friend and I love it too. I haven't tried Turbo Jam but I've heard a lot of people like it. The first month I did Chalean Extreme I lost 2 inches off of my waist and 3 off of my hips.

It's decent but also remember that it can take several months for your uterus to shrink back. I'll give you a link to my goal thread, the original pictures were taken at 4 weeks postpartum.

Chalean extreme is something I would do during the baby's morning nap - working out at home during the nap is great. Mine never slept so I didn't start working out consistently until 4 months.

Maybe you are looking for a miracle (that would be - to look like you've not had a child!) but if you keep your diet in check, be consistent with workouts, and give yourself enough time, you can really improve.
