hya all,

Well i posted here for a while a few months ago and then went away (personal problems) but am now back on the wagon and more determind than ever!!

Many changes in my life and i know that 2003 is gonna be a better year for us all so im starting out on the right foot!!

Hoping to get back on weight watchers again (tried it aaaages ago and failed then went low carb and also failed!!)

i have started out by making sure that i will get excersize, this is my weekeness...to do this, i have done something i have wanted to do forever adopted a dog.....well 2 dogs (greyhound sisters!!)

My life is gonna be on the up and up from now on and im glad to have somewhere to come and share it

Excercise is most certainly my downfall as well! I must admit that I hate going to the gym/pool, but I love it once I am there. Don't know what my block is!

I would suppose that your new dogs will give you some enforced excercise!

I am currently on the Weight Watcher's plan, but am trying to follow a low carb diet as well, as I have PCOS (which makes me insulin resistant). The low carb is very difficult to stick to! Did you find that you were more successful in your weight loss while limiting carbs?
