Hi I'm new here, 24 going on 25, 5'8/187. I've gained about 50lbs over the past 5 years, and about 30 of them in the last 2 years & I'm looking to get back on track! I quit my sales job in the beauty industry to go back to school to follow my dreams, & next semester I've signed myself up for 3 different 2-hour per session dance classes. I know there's going to be a lot of legitamite dancers there with their legitamite dancer's bodies & I'm pretty much terrified... hahaha.. I'm laughing but really I'm terrified!
If anyone has any workout routines they could share with me that has worked for them I would love it! I've lost 3lbs in 6 days (unfortunately they were all in the first 2 days somehow
Whatever it's better than gaining I say!) but I'm hoping I can lose 10 more by the 7th of February. Overall I'd like to get down to about 135, although I'm not too sure how realistic that is- but a girl can dream, right? I figure if I do a lb a week I should be good for the holidays next winter.
As for right now though I am willing to kick some but excercising... I'm just not sure how to get started!
