How are you staying healthy and keeping op throughout the holidays?
I am predicting a lot of pressure to eat unhealthy foods during Thanksgiving (which I am sure many of you are). I seem to always stray off plan when I visit my parents and I'm afraid if I stray too far, I will not be able to return. My plan right now is to try to eat small portions of the wonderful food served to me.
I would love to hear your plans and suggestions!
