I have an aunt who started doing long distance running her 40's. Her joints are all sorts of messed up. She hobbles around like an old lady and she is in her early 50s.

So that is motivation for me to maintain the healthy lifestyle from now on and not fluctuate back up again. I hope to never get above 140 again (I did come a little close over christmas).
