Default Shaun T ~Insanity Vids~

Shaun T is the same person that did Hip hop abs which I have and I must SAY they are nothing compared to his insanity dvds. I did 20mins of the first vid and wellll lest just say I didn't survive. Its not for the top heavy hahaha. But I'll go back to it. I was wondering if anyone else has tried it. If you haven't...I recommend it! It will make all your muscle burn and you scream uncle in 10mins but this is not a workout for the faint of heart hahah.

When I workout tonight it will be day 11 of the Insanity dvd's. They're soooo difficult but I love them! I just do my best and try harder everyday. They will really get you sore but so far so good! I can't wait to see more results as the months go along

I do them. They are hard. I can get through the warmup okay, but the actual workout is brutal. I really like them though!

I also do P90X, which is also by BeachBody. I've found with both programs, it's best to go in just thinking, "I'm going to try my hardest," and not be intimidated by the program or by what you can't do. I have seen results just by doing what I can - they're great programs.
