Back again, sadly. I managed to get into the 170s nicely, and with demands at work and sheer laziness, I am back into the 180s, at 189.6lbs. Just barely in this group. I am trying not to be angry with myself and just pick up with my weight loss. I guess for me the first thing is acknowledging my slip and working my way back.
I also just started tracking my food with WW again. I have been lax about that and working out (might start again tomorrow). My motivating has been waning, but I am forcing myself to get motivated now, and hopefully already have a routine going before New Years.
