Good job on your run! It gets easier, I swear!
When I first started I was lucky if I could run at 4.5 for a few minutes, no kidding. Right now I'm training for a half marathon so I'm running often, long run on a Monday- up to 10.5 miles now, during the week at this stage I'll do a six mile or so one per week then two shorter runs of four miles or if I'm feeling like it I'll just run longer, I also cross train two days per week for about 40 mins and if I'm feeling energetic I'll do maybe 15 minutes on the stair climber or whatever is free at the time....I just sort of go with how I'm feeling really.
