Default Yoga Meltdown anyone?

So I've been doing Jillian Micheals Yoga meltdown for the last couple of weeks. Usually I do it once or twice a week, along with my normal running 4-5 times a week. Anyone else tried it? How lond did you stay on level one? I haven't even taken a peak at level 2 yet! The dolphin and the side planks are they only moves that still KILL me!

I've never heard of it, but I'm definitely going to try. I love Yoga and I'm always looking for ways to change up my work outs so I don't get bored. Thanks for the idea!

Ah I bought it last week but haven't had the courage to try it out yet. I've been trying to make my way through 30 DS, but definitely need to get on the Yoga real soon. Is it as scary as it looks?

It's def Jillian Micheals style! You will work up a great sweat! The first couple of times downright killed! Once you get used to the moves it gets easier. I just love all her DVD's!

I was just thinking of buying this today, but wasn't sure if it was up there with 30DS. Nice to know that it is. I may have to go buy it now.

I plan on hitting level 2 once it isn't necessary for me to resuscitate myself after level 1. lol

I'm thinking of getting this and trying it. I'm stuck in a "cardio" state of mind, though....but you say it IS a good workout in itself?

I literally had sweat dripping off me! She takes classic yoga moves and adds movement to them so you are moving within the yoga poses! and each move is held for 15 seconds at the end of the reps. She calls them powermoves!

Hmm, I did Level 1 today and wasn't too impressed. Ya I was sweating, but I didn't have that same "exhausted but energized" feeling I typically have at the end of one of her workouts. Maybe I didn't do it right, but it was just kind of... "meh". I'm hoping level 2 will be better for me.

Just did it for the first time today!

I'm probably doing it half-arsed because right now, there are some positions my body just won't go into lol...but I didn't really sweat as much as I would if I were doing 30DS. And I didn't have to drink an ocean of water afterwards either. Still, some parts of it BURRRRRRNED. I'll see how my muscles feel tomorrow, and I'm sure once I get a hang of the moves, it'll be more effective. I'm just proud of myself for making it through the whole thing.

I just picked this DVD up today! I love Jillian, and watched a bit of her Yoga Meltdown on demand. It reminded me how much I loved my yoga class two semesters ago. I can't wait to get into yoga again!

I still don't know if I like it. I've done it three times, and it really doesn't feel like I'm getting a real work out. I sweat very little, and sure it hurts in the moment, but I don't come out of it feeling like I've accomplished anything. I'll still do it - but I don't think I'm going to make it a part of my regular rotation...

I'm planning on doing my cardio at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Do you all think it'd be too much to do the treadmill for 30 minutes, plus Yoga Meltdown for 5 days a week, plus weights every other day?

I'm not very great at setting up an exercise plan. Help?
