I am in at 162.5 this morning- which seems close enough, but it is the weight I ALWAYS get stuck at. Sometimes I get to 158-159 for a few days but I always give up too soon and bounce back to the high 160s. This time I am going to be actively writing here and staying motivated though! I started college at 150 and by the end of freshman year I was 162. Now 5 years later I still haven't lost the freshman 12! I must stay on course!! Join me!



My weight loss has really slowed--I was 165 Monday for my weigh-in, but then back up to 167 yesterday and about 167 today too. SOOOOO frustrating! I think my body just likes being this weight--this is a weight I maintained for all of my early 20s.
