Default I lost a few pounds...no biggie just super ecstatic

So I've been at this calorie counting/daily exercising for a few weeks now and
I'm down from around 249.5 to 241.2 in about a week (and I know it seems unhealthy, but let me preface that with the fact that it was my TOM as well, so I had a bit of extra water weight) so I guesstimated that I had about 4 pounds worth of TOM water weight, so I am guessing I dropped around 4 pounds!!!!!!

I am beyond ecstatic and yesterday at work one of the secretaries said, "Jess, what have you been doing lately? You look slimmer. I was smiling from ear to ear. It feels good knowing waking up at 5:45 and working my *** off is working and I am going to stick with this and I am so glad I found you ladies!

That's awesome! Keep in mind, you'll lose more quickly in the beginning because you have more weigh to lose. I dropped almost 6 lbs in my first week but now I'm at a normal loss rate.

It's a good jump start to success though

Keep at it!

Thank you! I realize that these extra pounds were a freak accident but I am glad to see anything some off, I feel more motivated and invigorated to keep it up!
