I'm SO close to my goal so I'm thinking I need to change it up a bit. Maybe you ladies can give me some suggestions on what you've done when you needed a kick in the butt to push yourself harder than you're working now.
It's sink or swim time.


So do what you can before then, work up to walking as much as you can before that, and then thoroughly enjoy a reasonable treat each day while there - be it a small gelato, single piece of chocolate, a cioccolata to start the morning, whatever. ENJOY ... then when you get back and see exactly HOW GREAT you did by eating wholesome food, getting great activity and enjoying an indulgence that you savored, you'll be pumped to keep it up for your friend's visit!
