ok i really need to vent because im gonna pop!.. been back on the waggon now for 4 weeks, working my backside off doing hr an half exercise 6days of 7, calorie counting staying between 1400/1800 an losin a pound a week... then i go an gain 2lb back from what ive lost over the 4 weeks grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. cant believe ive gain 2pounds this week.. dont know why
just dont understand what ive done so wrong?!...
