Let's Track our Exercise Minutes - July!
I've seen this is in other support groups and realized us 20-somethings don't have a thread to collectively track our exercise! Let's track all our minutes for July and see how many minutes we've worked out at the end of the month.
The way to do this is to post the old group total. Then post the minutes of exercise you've done that day and any previous days in the month that you didn't get a chance to update. Finally, post the new group total with your minutes added. Since we haven't had a thread like this before we don't really have a number to challenge so let's aim for the sky!
