I may be motivated now, but that may soon change (no negative talk by saying it WILL change!) My biggest motivator is feeling better about myself, because I've wanted to lose weight for as long as I can remember. I want to go school shopping and fit into the teeny-tiny tops and jeans. I want to get my belly pierced!
Aren't all our most important motivators worth more than the feeling we get from eating bad food? That's what I say to myself each time I see something I want to eat that isn't good for me.
