I actually put on a bit of weight the few days before hand and by 2nd day of TOM I usually have my whoosh.
Everyone is different with how their weight responds during this time. Mine came today and I was 2 pounds lighter this morning then I was yesterday.
My tip is to just drink lots of water and if you get the urge to snack have some watermelon. So yummy and so few calories.

Thanks so much!! I just noticed I had a reply on this. I usually lose 3 to 4 pounds right before and then stay at that weight or fluctuate through out my week. Usually by the last day I am where I was when I lost the 3 to 4 pounds.
