Woo hoo!
Ok, so today has been ok for me. I don't feel great, so I think Im going to skip the gym. I am watching what I eat, and have had a pretty good day otherwise. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow and I can do some extra cardio to make up for time lost.

Aw, sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Maybe some stretching or light yoga would make you eel better and also make you feel like you didn't miss a work out day. Even a little walk around the block and some sunshine might do you well. Hope you feel 100% soon!
