    Ok, so today has been ok for me. I don't feel great, so I think Im going to skip the gym. I am watching what I eat, and have had a pretty good day otherwise. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow and I can do some extra cardio to make up for time lost.

  • Aw, sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Maybe some stretching or light yoga would make you eel better and also make you feel like you didn't miss a work out day. Even a little walk around the block and some sunshine might do you well. Hope you feel 100% soon!
