Hi everyone! I've been through a couple of these helpful threads before now in my higher weights and found them VERY helpful for moving on. I'm hoping that there's at least a couple other ladies out here looking to move out of the 170s!! If you are one of them, let's help each other out.
Just last night I gave myself a challenge to reach 169 by February 1st!! Although I don't think my chocolate chip cookies and coffee breakfast is going to help me much in my endeavor!
Anyhow I was looking for this type of thread since I see many others but I couldn't find one for the 170s! Thanks for creating it
YAY! I was starting to think that everyone was magically skipping over the 170s except me! It's so nice to see you both here! I hope we can lend each other some motivation.
I was originally hoping to see the 160s before Valentine's. I'm still working for it, but my body is being stubborn! Here's to us all kicking the 170s soon!
I'm down. After I get unsick anyway. I wasn't going to weigh myself while sick but I caved this morning. Despite no exercise, no calorie counts for 3 days (husband has been giving me food and I'm not complaining!) and downing all the juice/fruit I can get my hands on.... I am down to 176!! YAY! So once I'm well I'll work my bum off. I can't wait to see 169! *cough/hack*
There was another 170's thread, but it somehow disappeared!! Anyway, I'm soo looking forward to the 160's again, I haven't been that weight for 3 years!! Hopefully all of us in here will be out soon and onto the 160's!! Good luck ladies!!
YAY! I loved the 180's thread, and I'm glad there's a 170's one now!! I want to see 169 so bad! That will be a huge mini-goal for me... I'll have lost 20 pounds, and thats the number that puts 5'3" me into the "overweight" BMI category instead of "obese" woo hoo!!
I'm around 178/177 so I'll be here for a couple weeks. I was hoping to get to 169 by valentines day!! That would be awesome.
Ok, so maybe I didn't eat the best thing for dinner last night... BUT, I didn't go over calories, so I'm ok... just feeling a little bloated from the sodium. grrr
I have my run tonight and then it's tuna salad for dinner! woot!
I am 5'4 and reached the "overweight" category when I hit 173. Anytime I read "obese" on those charts I had to laugh. Im hardly obese and weigh more than I look. The few people who really know how much I weigh are shocked and think Im lying.
Anyhow I really really really really need to start excercising. Last semester was a hectic schedule for me so I kinda fell off the bandwagon when it came to excercise. And now Im finding every excuse under the sun not to go. Todays excuse: Its raining
