Congrats to those moving to the next lowest bracket!
184.8. Finally below 185! I was stuck at 188/189 for over 2 weeks, so i'm really really happy to see that. I'm also already getting nervous b/c i really don't want my weight to plateau again, so i'm working hard. (i also weighed post workout, but hey oh well. i think i'll try to stick to that time period b/c its seems i have better luck and i'm superstitious!) |
189.6 again this morning. Gotta say I was just kinda relieved I wasn't up! Not because I did anything to make the scale go up but that's just kinda how my weight loss goes...down then a little up and so on.

189.0 this morning.
I had a great on-plan day yesterday with yummy, healthy food andexercise... today... not so much. I didn't sleep well, I woke up with a sore throat and coughing and headache. I didn't eat anything because my throat hurt so bad, and i sure as heck didn't feel like cooking up my standard veggie omelette....around 1pm i was just feeling weak from lack of food so I then had crackers, cheese and farmer's sausage, then I had a handful of teddy grahams and 2 tablespoons nutella. And those were because they were the only things in the house that didn't require cooking. I hope I get over this sickness soon. It's not strep or anything, just coughing up junk and generally icky feeling!!! I am not over my calories today, but I am off plan because I ate junk instead of the healthy meals I had planned. I don't even feel like eating anything else... if i didn't have kids i'd just be sleeping the day away right now. I'm just gonna try to not overdo it and avoid eating comfort food like ice cream, etc.... I don't feel like cooking so that should help.... ugh I hope this does not totally wreck my diet/exercise routines. |
188.2 this morning, wow! I was surprised because my workout was less intense yesterday and my calories were higher, must've needed that.

Freakin A. 185 this morning. I don't get it, what giveS?! I'm working out like a maniac, tracking my calories. I want to see a 7 as my middle digit already. URG. Sorry - rant over.

I'm even sicker today than I was yesterday. It's thrown my diet way, way off. I am so upset. It's so hard to prepare and cook meals and take care of my kids... i drank some soda... ugh. I am hating myself for not being able to follow through. I haven't been pigging out because my throat hurts SO BAD, but I haven't been "good" either... i'm just eating what i can and what doesn't hurt my throat so much (like soft foods like pasta - ugh!! high calorie!!) i did steam some carrots yesterday until they were super soft so they weren't hard to eat... so i guess i get 1 point for healthy carrots.
I was 189.8 this morning. I think a lot of it is water retention. I'm hoping I come off this week maintaining and that I feel better by the weekend. I didn't exercise yesterday or today.... i just feel like i've been run over by a truck... i really don't want to go back in the 190's :cry: |

so I have been gone for a long time. Some crazy stuff has come up and things were on hold;however, I check my weight this week and I've been between 179 and 180 daily. So close! I don't remember the last time I was sub 180.Had to be before 8th grade because i lost weight then and remember being around 180 to 185. haha. So excited for the scale to stick 179, though am paranoid about scale being "off". I really haven't been eating well or working out much more. Perhpas its stress? i don't know. I do know though that I am a solid 8 so that may cancel out my "off" concerns.

Ok was 190.2 this morning, I refuse to leave this board though, I am up 2 entire lbs from yesterday for no good reason, I'm so pissed!

cautiously stepping in to this thread! I have been hanging in the 190s one because I refuse to believe I have actually made it to the 180s. I was 186.8 this morning so maybe I am actually here now. I am still convinced its not true!

After being in the 190's for 8 months, I was 189.2 this morning! I haven't been in the 180's since I was 16!

I've been absent for a while, not just from 3FC but from trying to lose weight in general. I've overhauled myself mentally and now I just need to make those changes I've decided on and get back on track.
I'm up 2lbs from May (which isn't too bad considering) and I'm 182lbs. Fingers crossed for 180 (OR LESS?! hehe) by next week :) |

188.0 this morning = 8 lbs lost total. I'm so close to 10!!! I've been dieting for about a month -i totally can't wait to say i've lost 10 lbs?

I was 187.0 this morning. I couldn't believe it. In retrospect, I wish i'd gotten totally naked before I weighed in because then I might have been 186.something. haha. I know, silly right? Anyway my workout pants were wanting to slide off my hips during the 30 day shred today. I take it that's a good sign? I think I'll pull out my sewing machine and just sew up the sides because I'd like to save money for when I'm quite a bit smaller. I don't want to have to buy new workout pants every 10 lbs, anyway.

Where are the rest of the 180's girls?? I'm still on plan but i've been stalled for a few days. I am trying to plan in some guiness tomorrow b/c we are having our weekly get together with some friends... i figure if i eat 1200 calories and no more, I can have a pint (which is less than 200 cal), and still not break the calorie bank. and on a side note, jillian michaels is kicking my butt everyday, but I can't believe how much stronger I am!!:carrot: |

Hey cb - No i'm still hangin out at 184 goshdarnit! I can't break it. It's KILLING ME... I so want to see a 7 in that middle spot!! Glad you're still enjoying Jillian! I was wondering myself where everyone is... I'm thinking they've all moved on to the 170s.. yay for them boo for us :( Sorry just a bit bummed that I'm STILL here....

Well yesterday i had a "cheat" day b/c, well, there was beer. anyway, I drank over my calories (as i'd already maxed them out with real food at that point) i had like 4 beers and they weren't "light" beers. anyhow i did have a great time with my friends though. But in the morning i woke up with that icky not-quite-a-hangover-but-shaky feeling. So i ended up eating. and eating. and eating. And now i've already maxed out my calories for the day. the good side is i ate lots of HEALTHY food (chicken, veggies, spinach) and didn't eat crap. The bad side is... well i guess it's just spinach and zucchini for dinner. I just finished my workout. This morning i was 188 again... yikes! Must. Drink. Water. |
I weighed in at 185.6 this morning.
I also did my first 5k run this morning!!!!! I am so proud of myself!!! Go me!! *fist pump* |
I'm just joining you ladies. My scale has said 189.2 two mornings in a row. I can't wait to destroy the 180's. Good luck to everyone.

I'm new to this site and have kind of been looking for a forum like this! I am currently 185 lbs, hoping to be lower for my weigh in tomorrow, but it is not looking likely (I think that time of the month is approaching). I just don't want to be higher. I am trying to be patient, but I want out of the 180s! This is always the point where the scale starts going back in the wrong direction and I don't want that to be the case this time around. I'll just have to keep counting my WW points, working out, and staying healthy. Good luck to the rest of you ladies trying to get out the 180s. We can do it! |

My weigh in today was 184.2lbs. I am glad that I am down .8lbs, especially given that my monthly visitor came (sorry if it's TMI). I am hoping to be down another 2lbs after this week. I just hope that my first Sunday weigh-in for September has me in the 170s. And as much as I love the company, I hope you're outta the 180s soon too!! |
I'm new here too... trying to get out of the 180s as well. I've been floundering for about a month between 185-187. I wanna see that seven!

LOL, me too goalgetta! I've been in the 180s for a LONG LONG time now. I'm pushing for it this week and it's so close I can taste it :)
science - welcome! I was stuck between those two numbers for about a month too! It's a pain in the neck, I think for a lot of us the 180s are a plateau area, I know they have been for me. You and I have very similar stats! How long have you been at this? Weekends are not good for me though, I seriously backslide, but I burnt a lot of calories this weekend, so I'm hoping it will push me right through the week! |
Was at 180.5 last week. Down to 176.5 today so I'm moving on ova to the 170's board. Good luck to everyone! No offense to anyone, but I hope to never see this board again!!
