  • Scale was back up to 182 from 181... blah! Hopefully tomorrow morning's weigh in will be better.
  • Baseball game again last night... but still 182 today. Drinking water & green tea all day! 170s this week - I'm doing it! This weekend I'll be in Salem, MA and we'll be doing LOTS of walking.
  • platform: I'm in the same boat your in..I really would like to get down to the 170's but most likely it won't happen until the end of October.
  • 184.0 today ... I keep going up
  • Been 187.2 since Friday...ready for some movage. Lots and lots of water today!

  • Haven't weighted myself in 2 days. I know it's a bad sign when I start to avoid the scale, going to do it tomorrow morning and hopefully I will be somewhere around 182...Last time I was 181.7(kind of went off plan the past 2 days).

  • Back to 181.5 today and I got back to my spinning schedule. Awesome spin class today, the instructor had a new cd with all new hills and intervals.

    JLNichols - Is there anything you can do to change up your routine? Part of plateauing is believing you're in a plateau (I'm still trying to work on breaking that mental belief)
  • 185.8 today. Almost half way!

    Ugh, I wish I had more time to read and interact with other posters but I'm rooting for all of you! From what I hear, this is the plateau decade...but we can do this!

  • Went down .2 oz not much but something..Hopefully I get a good drop soon.
  • Well, on saturday I weighed in at 183.6, but it was such a huge loss overnight that I didn't really believe it. Then I went out of town until this morning, when I weighed in at 182.8! My goal was just to be below that 183.6, because I always lose track when I'm away from home but there you go. It can be done! Keep at it ladies!

    I'm at my boyfriend's today, so no scale. I really need to get a scale for his house.

    So either 181.5 or 181 or somewhere in between today.
