Baseball game again last night... but still 182 today. Drinking water & green tea all day! 170s this week - I'm doing it! This weekend I'll be in Salem, MA and we'll be doing LOTS of walking.
Haven't weighted myself in 2 days. I know it's a bad sign when I start to avoid the scale, going to do it tomorrow morning and hopefully I will be somewhere around 182...Last time I was 181.7(kind of went off plan the past 2 days).
Back to 181.5 today and I got back to my spinning schedule. Awesome spin class today, the instructor had a new cd with all new hills and intervals.
JLNichols - Is there anything you can do to change up your routine? Part of plateauing is believing you're in a plateau (I'm still trying to work on breaking that mental belief)
Ugh, I wish I had more time to read and interact with other posters but I'm rooting for all of you! From what I hear, this is the plateau decade...but we can do this!
Well, on saturday I weighed in at 183.6, but it was such a huge loss overnight that I didn't really believe it. Then I went out of town until this morning, when I weighed in at 182.8! My goal was just to be below that 183.6, because I always lose track when I'm away from home but there you go. It can be done! Keep at it ladies!
